The DoubleStar Mount

All the qualities and features of our popular UniStar, but times 2.

While many competing products boast dual mounting, the DoubleStar

is the first to allow fine alignment of both sides for accurate observing

of the target.  Boasting a rated capacity of 40 lbs on the right, 30 lbs on the left,

the DoubleStar can accommodate most any combination necessary for

the backyard astronomer.  Other features common to most UA mounts include:

• Dovetail saddle can accommodate most any commercial dovetail plate  

• Water resistant construction

• Digital Encoder capable (internal encoders)

• Can fit most any tripod 

• Hold most any optic 

• Optional accessories include guide handle and eyepiece tray

Price is $699 with 3" saddles both sides, 

$50 upgrade per side for 7" Super Saddle
