Our Surveyor type tripods are available in 3 sizes and with 2 different spreader options. All include a leg and shoulder strap for easy portability, as well as rubber feet that contribute to the dampening characteristics of these tripods. Several adapters are available to allow attaching most anything to these tripods including most any EQ head, camera head, our products, and even competing products.
The 2 spreader options are (both are available as a separate accessory):
UA Fixed Spreader-Opens quickly and easily. Center knob can be tightened for a more rigid assembly.
Price for UA Fixed Spreader only, $39.
UA Adjustable Spreader- Similar to the UA Fixed Spreader, but each of the 3 spreader bars can independently be adjusted for a narrower or wider leg spread. Offers more versatility than the Fixed Spreader but with slightly longer setup time. Shown in photo below with our Light Aluminum Tripod.
Price for UA Adjustable Spreader only, $69.
UA Tripod Aluminum Tray- (shown below with our UA Heavy Wood Tripod). Both spreader designs now offer the luxury of adding our 10" tray. Simply remove the center lock knob from the spreader, install the tray, and replace the black knob. Installs and removes quickly for maximum portability but also is completely optional (in other words, not necessary to hold the spreader/tripod together like some competing tripod and trays. With the tray installed, the legs can still be folded enough to easily fit thru household doors.
UA Light Aluminum Tripod-Includes quick release leg clamps, convenient shoulder strap, and rubber feet.
